"The mosques of Allah are only to be maintained by those who believe in Allah and the Last Day and establish prayer and give zakah and do not fear except Allah, for it is expected that those will be of the [rightly] guided." (Quran 9:18)
Close to Sector 21 Car Park, 5th Avenue, Abesan Estate, Ipaja, Lagos State, Nigeria.
Temitope Ratibi Mosque came into being in the year 1984 through the effort of some devoted Muslims namely:
These devoted Muslims originally gathered for worship beside Alhaji Fatai Adigun's flat – Block 619, Flat 1 – and thereafter moved behind Mr. Ogunsanu's flat due to space constraints.
As the congregation grew, it became pertinent to establish a more spacious ground for worship eventually leading them to settle at the present mosque location.
The name 'Temitope' was suggested by Alhaji T.A Lawal and subsequently adopted by everyone present as it resonated with their reality at the time.

To become a model Islamic institution that exemplifies the teachings of the Quran and Sunnah through comprehensive community development, education, and sustainable charitable initiatives.
To operate with transparency, integrity, and compassion in all our activities, ensuring that every donation reaches those most in need and every action brings us closer to Allah's pleasure.
All our activities are guided by the teachings of the Quran and the Sunnah of Prophet Muhammad (PBUH).
